North Lake Lots: Rental Rate: $2200 (+ electric) Payable in full or as follows: $550 Non-refundable deposit down due 30 days before anniversary date. $550 Due the following month. $550 Due the following month. $550 Due the following month. Rental Rules and Guidelines: No Refunds. Repeat tenants pay for their first $550.00 deposit the month before their original occupancy date and $550 each month thereafter for three months. Above fees are for two adults & their minor children (living at home). Original occupants only. NO LENDING OUT UNITS. All overnight guests are $5.00 per person per night (age 5 and under no charge). Limit one family at a time

Scotty's Vintage Vacation Home: Rental Rates: $1600 Per week plus tax for 8 - 10 people. $800 for a 3-night stay on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 8 - 10 people. $800 for a 4-night mid-week stay on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 8 - 10 people. $15 for each extra adult per night. Rental Rules and Guidelines: Check in time is 3:00pm Check out time is 11:00am. Reservations are required. 50% of the weekly rental is due to reserve. Balance is due on arrival. Picnic table, fire ring, charcoal and gas grill are available. Bed Linens are also provided. Please bring your own beach towels and personal items. House Refund Policy: If you notify us at least 6 weeks prior to your reservation date you will receive a refund, less a 10% handling charge.
