Pelican RV Resort: Accommodations

Seasonal RV Lots
Pelican RV Resort's seasonal lots are available from the Minnesota fishing opening weekend in May until October 1st. Reasonable yearly rates include two adults and minor children. Extra guests staying overnight pay $5.00 per night or can pitch a tent for $18.00 per night. Subleasing or lending units out is prohibited.

A deposit is due prior to May 15th to hold the site for opening weekend or the agreed occupancy date with repeat tenants paying their deposit a month before their original occupancy date. Cancellations at least 8 weeks prior to the reservation date are entitled to a full refund. See the Current Season Price List for more information on the current season rates.

Each seasonal lot features a picnic table and fire ring with split firewood available for $5.00 per bundle. Also on site is a clubhouse for a variety of games and activities. The clubhouse features a color television, a laundry room and shower facilities.

Dock and slip space is provided from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pelican RV Resort provides limited storage space per unit for boat trailers, lifts and extra vehicles; limit one storage lot per unit. Additional storage space may be rented at $20.00 / month upon request and availability.

We provide sewer, water, lawn mowing and a waste dumpster for kitchen waste only. Please recycle aluminum cans. Quiet time is observed after 10:00 p.m. to provide a peaceful family environment.
